When you use our Revenue Leak Scorecard, audit intake, or contact forms, we collect the information you type in: your name, email, phone, business details, and your answers. If a client's website uses our chat assistant, the messages typed into that assistant are processed to generate answers and, where you request contact, to pass your details to that business.
To score your submission, prepare the reports you asked for, respond to you, and — for client chat assistants — to deliver your inquiry to the business you contacted. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Submissions are stored on infrastructure we control. Chat messages may be processed by AI model providers under contract to generate responses.
Email info@justaddai.org to request a copy or deletion of your data. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
